Meno Break : Menopause Protection

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

Today, on average, a woman goes through menopause roughly when she reaches the age of 50. This is not something that happens overnight and a few years before that she will start feeling changes. In her mid 30s, her ovaries start changing and produce less progesterone and estrogen. Normally at this stage women do not experience any menopause symptoms. Once this starts it usually takes between three and five years before her menstrual periods stop.

A woman can only be considered having completed her menopause once she has not had a menstrual period for one year. This does not mean that the woman is now ‘over-the-hill’; it means that her body has completed a certain phase of her life. Today many women feel that menopause is a time of freedom for them.

Menopause is not a disease and it does not have to be a burden either. All you need is knowledge and the proper product to use such as Meno Break.
